Keep It In Stock

One of the keys to eating "clean" is to make sure you have healthy foods in your house at all times. Here is a list of things I always keep in stock or pick up every time I go to the grocery store.

A note about fruits and veggies: only buy them if you know exactly what you're going to do with them. For example, I get spinach and baby kale almost every time I'm at the store because I use them in my smoothies so I know they will be gone in a matter of days. But mustard greens, escarole, eggplant, zucchini, etc. I only get when I know exactly how I'm going to cook them and when. I hate wasting food!
